Sugar high

OH MY GOSH! I have been on Atkins faithfully since April. Today at
work we had a birthday party and for some bizarre reason which I haven't
figured out yet, I decided I was going to allow myself to have a piece of
birthday cake. I didn't really have a strong desire, just felt like joining
in the celebration for some reason. ANYWAY..... can I tell you that I am on
the BIGGEST sugar rush of my life?!?!?! I know this will get worse before
it gets better but I think for the moment I will go clean my house or
something, maybe clean the neighbors house while I am at it.

Do you by chance live in Southern California? You are welcome here any
time if you need to burn off that energy Bummer about the cake, but

That's exactly why when I cheat, I keep it small, one or two bites. I HATE
sugar rushes.

Well, I learned my lesson. Felt TERRIBLE today. Back on track already tho,
didn't miss a beat. I am looking at it as a lesson learned. Good advice,
