I have a page on my website entitled "My Diet". If you want to see pictures, they are there. You need to skip down to the bottom of the page to find them.

Because it is "to the world" and not just to my "friends and understand LCers" here...I left off the numbers. But the most recent picture is 145.5..last Sunday my son took the picture.

wonderful. You really look great. You are to be congratulated for your
progress. Hope someday I will be there also. By the way, what do you do in
Poland? (That's where my grandparents were from).
