Default daily whoosh

it seems i've struck a good balance eating & exercise at the moment.
I'm still stubbornly holding off on cardio but not missing any lifting
sessions. Lots of whey and flax oil at work plus meat, eggs, cheese, and
salad at home. I haven't cooked as many different things as I planned but
I've definitely had a lot more variety than last year.

Down to 263 this AM. Only 20 or so more and I'm back where I was last fall
and then it's on to long since forgotten territories.

At least your exercising. That's great. And your losing, that's even better.

good luck,
