Default new favorite treat...

I have recently discovered All Bran Bars - honey nut flavor. In my
opinion they are very good and very filling. I usually have them with a
piece of fruit for breakfast or a 3:00 snack in the afternoon, does the
trick!!
Thought I would share - oh and they are only 2 points for the whole bar and
they are a fair size.

Someone at our meeting was talking about them this morning. They are also
high in fiber she said. Where in the supermarket do they hide them?

I found them at superstore in the cereal Isle where the breakfast bars are.
They come in a little yellow box.
