Default Reduce Obesity

Well, it is true that Obesity is a crises in itself that is a burden
in the lives of people these days. Most people are reluctant to
respond to the body's signs and symptoms even though life hasn't been
easy with it they still find it possible to core-exist. Which is a
very foolish thing we as people tend to do, we are very good at
adapting. Don't people see that the load is enough? Definitely with
out any further denial according to statistics Obesity is the only
friendly and silent killer these days. Therefore isn't it about time
to make a stand and change the path you could be taking right now.
The sooner the better for more information on how to reduce obesity

I would like to know about the point mentioned in the article is

"Consumption of honey. This is advisable for non diabetic patients. Consuming 2 tea spoon of honey with a glass of herbal tea which includes weight reducing herbs help a lot in weight reduction. Honey along with these herbs scrapes and dissolves the Kapha and medha (body fat)".

Is there any scientific research about this? How honey will reduce fat. In another points you are telling about consumption of sweets will lead to obase.
Honey is sweeter??!!!.....
