Hey everyone,

I got 2 again last week. Still not up to what I want, but more than I used
to do!!

Hey Peggy there are lots of weeks left to build up to what you want!
And remember that "experts" say that one of the causes of abandoning
an exercise program is trying to do too much too soon, so you're
actually right on track!
