SWWC final week / HHH Week 2 - Laura P (and NYNY sign up)
Hi all,
SWWC - Up 1.5 to 150 again. Missed my goal completely, I'm afraid... ( I exercised twice again for week 2 - better than nothing, so I'm quite pleased ;o) Two short walks squeezed in when I felt well enough ). A blend of ME/CFS and preparing for part-time uni is not doing much to help my eating or exercising at the moment... Too much effort to get moving or cook properly (!), but it's only (I'm hoping) a small blip, so I should be back to losing again in no time. I've had a bit of a gain this week, but hopefully Amberle3's NYNY challenge will help me get back on track - please could you add me on to the challenge Amberle3? I record my weight on Saturdays, so I'll give my starting weight and goal weight at the weekend. Hope everyone is well and keeping up with their weight losses and exercise.
