'hard'... I like the points system a lot!

I started in October 2002, and have lost a total of 26 lbs. I had a
long slow section, that I blame on the gall bladder. Hopefully I'm now
on the steady downward slide now!

Started WW 11/07/2002 lost 21 pounds. I agree the hardest part is staying
motivated when you are not losing. I haven't been losing for 6 months
now....er....oh yeah that's called maintenance.

I started WW Feb 22, 2003. In 31 weeks, I've lost 50.4 lbs.

The hardest part is staying motivated when weight loss is in
retrograde--when the scale stays the same or goes the wrong direction
despite staying OP. But that's not WW's fault. That's biology.

I've been following weigh****chers since February 2002, reached my personal goal
in April 2003 and have been maintaining the 95 pound loss since then. I honestly
didn't find anything overly difficult on the program ... until I reached
maintenance. To me, that is the hardest part! Oh ... and that danged flexpoint
system. LOL

I joined July 14, 2003 and have lost 20.6 pounds. I think that the
program is very easy to do! About once a week I have a "binge" but now
I realize that these are not the end of the world -- plus, Flex Points
now makes that part of the program for me! The hardest thing is
exercising -- which, unfortunately, I don't do!

Congratulations!

I invite everyone join us on Maintenance Island. No matter how long
the journey, this is a great destination to reach. We only serve
regular portions and you will have to buy a new wardrobe when you get
here, but it is well worth it.

What a delightful invitation ;-D I'll be there someday when I get over this bit of a bad patch I've been
having. Thanks for the invite ;-)
