Default One diet that worked

Dear Dieters -
Here is my testimonial-
Just got back from the Dr, had my cholesterol tested - (They now take a drop
of blood instead of drawing a vile). I was up at 350 now the results were
cut by almost 1/2 (200).
I simply followed the South Beach Diet, and have been for a little over a
month. My weight has dropped from 190 to 175 in that time. It really has
not been a struggle to stay on the diet, though I love bread and all other
starches, as well as baked goods & sweets. I suggest that a person serious
about improving their health borrow the book (it is really a quick read),
and try the program for a month and see the difference.

If you are not familiar with the diet, there is no counting of calories, or
purchasing of special foods, after learing the simple rules it can be used
even when dining out - most restaurants will accomodate substitutions.
Try it, I believe you'll be impressed!
-------
Disclaimer - I do not profit from the diet or know of anyone who does.
I just know it worked for me... Your milage may vary.

I think its great that this is working for you. It is you, though, who
deserves the credit. Yes, Dr. Whoever came up with a great diet plan. It is
John Doe, though, who took that plan and made it work.
