Hi, all!

At Monday's WW Weigh-in I was down 2.8 lbs! I can hardly believe it!
I wish I had started this program sooner!

Also -- I bought the NEW Complete Food Companion (Flex Points) and
found that a small peach is ZERO POINTS! I thought that all fruits
were at least one point. Has anyone found any other zero point
fruits?

Thanks!

Good one! They are also 0 points in the US version of WW Online.

I doubt you were thinking of this, but olives are zero points (and
they're fruits).

I have two large olives now and then, and the points tracker counts
that as zero.

Something about green olives leaves me very satisfied, with the taste
lingering for quite a while, but not triggering me to eat more.
