rice is 4 points per cup. Grapes = 1 point per cup; baby carrots are an item that
everyone seems to count differently. Some count one cup as 1 point, some as 0
points. Interestingly, on the ww online database, they don't even offer a *cup*
as a unit of measure for baby carrots.

The chili you are going to have to be a bit more specific on. I make a chili at
home that comes in at about 1point per cup, but have seen so many different
varities (recipes) that can work out to be as many as 5 or 6 points per cup. What
type of beef/meat are you using, quantity of beans, oil, etc. If it is canned,
check the nutrition info on the label ... if you are making from a recipe (as well
as how much it yields), post the recipe and I'm sure someone here will work out
the point count for you.

see
www.fitday.com - it has a vast database of foods and calorie
counts. It doesn't do points though.

Default calories (help)

It's really too hard to figure out the amount of points to eat if you want to
count calories. Points are an easy way of counting calories somewhat, but in
calculating ww points, fat content and fiber are also worked into the equation.
High fat content increases point value, high fiber content decreases the point
value. Using 50 calories per point as a baseline, 1300 calories would allow you
26 points per day ... assuming the food you are eating has no fat content at all
and no fiber content. Many people are able to consume much more in actual
caloric count on less points.
