Default Break question.

For the last few weeks I've been feeling like I wanted to take a few days
off and just indulge. Not over the top, but just have a snadwich and maybe
some ice cream. "Eat like a normal person for a day or two."
But I find I'm terrified of doing so.

We've had a few planned cheat weeks over the last 2-3 years, and we tend to
go absolutely mad on all the junk food we can't usually have - ice cream,
potato chips, pizza, fish & chips, KFC chips and mashies, etc.

Means we feel ill with bloating and heartburn, and pack on a lot of water
weight. We have to make sure we don't let it go on too long or we gain more
than just water.

But that only happens once or twice a year - it's just too hard to get back
to normal afterwards.
