Default Strength training challenge days 6 and 7

Well, folks--I got in 3 days of strength training this week, which is 3 more
days than I usually do. I guess that's sort of a success? I only did about
15 minutes each session, though. We'll see about trying to work in more of
these short, at-home (or on my office floor :-) sessions as time goes on.

Yesterday I did a repeat of the upper body exercises I did Thursday--curls,
presses, flies, etc. with 5-lb dumbbells. I didn't do any lower body work
because I had a 5-mi x-country race today!

(Gorgeous weather, gorgeous scenery for the race. Everyone was griping about
the hills, but man, it was worth the climb to look out for miles over
rolling autumn farm country)

Glad you had fun!

My strength training was pretty much as per usual yesterday, though I
was able to move up a notch on the hamstring machine, from 95 to 100
pounds.

On the down side... my back is very sore after yesterdays workout, so
maybe I tweaked it again.
