But why, then? I mean, that's just what I don't get...if the

protein's
the same thing, and the vitamin pills are really chock full of

vitamins
and minerals, how could they be harmful if used exclusively?


No fiber.


Or electrolytes, or EFAs. But those problems could be corrected. Worse
is that it would be pretty boring and probably not sustainable
long-term.
