On Track
Well,
This month I'm averaging a pound lost a week. This is good progress, but the re-gain I had a few months ago went much faster. Next time I'm at goal, I'll be more careful. Tonight, I miss out on another social dinner event. -so, I'm feeling sorry for myself. Cubit 190/176/160 |

Hate to hear that you had to miss out, but it's good to hear that it's
possible to come back after a re-gain without it taking you up to heavier than before. "Cubit" wrote in message . net... Well, This month I'm averaging a pound lost a week.
