A six month before & after photo

Well, I'm still over 100 kg... but here is a six month before and after
photo, from June 12 and then 50 lb lighter today, December 23.

You're looking great, Doug. I can see quite a difference - especially
around the midsection.
Now quit stressing about breaking that 100 kg markg Weight loss just
doesn't follow the schedule we set for ourselves.

Wow, that's wonderful!

And I really think it's neat how you sat in the same position and wore
the same clothes. Perfect! I can't stand all of those
commercially-produced "before and after" photos where the subject is
wearing unflattering clothes (and no makeup for women) in the first
photo, and sucking in stomach, all dolled up and photographed from a
good angle in the 2nd.

Way to go -- in the discussion groups on weigh****chers.com, this is
what would be called a huge "NSV' -- non-scale victory!

One thing that always strikes me in before/after pics (and in yours
too) is how much YOUNGER people look when they lose weight! May you

I think so too - the face, midsection, and arms are smaller...the smile is
bigger.
