Default First meeting - Great Leader!

Went to my first WW meeting yesterday morning, the leader was great. I also
was pleasantly surprised on how nice those sitting near me were when they
found out it was my first meeting. I am so psyched I decided to go.

My weight is an all time high, but I am focusing on the 10% goal.
Struggling a little with "hidden" points in foods, but I know once I've done
this for a week or so I'll figure it out. Found the multi-grain Thomas's
English Muffins today - more fiber!

If you have the Weight Watcher English muffins available in your area,
they are only 1 point each and taste great to me. They also have
bagels, rye bread, italian bread and white and wheat bread.

And many of the store brands now carry their own "lite" breads, rolls and
bagels that have the same points as the WW brand. Both are hard to find in
my store.

Well done for taking the plunge My leader is great as well and I have
also received a lot of support from people at my meetings. I don't think I'd
have done as well as without that help. Good luck for the first weigh in
next week!
