I think that's why it's an updated version of The Cholesterol Myths. The latter never discussed what "really" causes heart disease, while the Great Cholesterol Con does. However, I found a ton of similar information in the two books. I also preferred the less abrasive style of The Cholesterol Myths; sometimes Colpo could get a bit testy. -- Bob in CT
