Default Hello...depressed and uninspired.

Last year I lost 40 lbs in a healthy great way at a rate of about 10
lbs a month. I cut my cals and upped my exercise and I was really smart
about it.

I have gained half of that back, I have no excuse. I had minor surgery
4 months ago and things have slowly gotten worse from there. I've let
my eating get embarassingly bad and I even own an elliptical that I
just stare at and never use.

I'm just looking for a nudge. I'm hopeless feeling. I have severe
depression that is almost gone when I'm exercising and comes back
harshly when I'm not...the problem is, when I'm depressed I don't want
to exercise.

I'm just looking for a spark of inspiration.

Sorry if this is the wrong place...

Default Hello...depressed and uninspired.

I am having a bit of a struggle myself. So what I have tried to do is
get back into it by taking baby steps. Each morning I think about what
food I am going to eat and decide on some exercise. I pack my lunch and
snacks and go off for the day.Just dealing with one day at a time right
now. I notice that when I read messages in this group, my life is more
inspired!

Very few people want to exercise. Force yourself to do it. You won't
regret it.

I'm just looking for a spark of inspiration.

Imagine yourself 40 pounds less.

This is the right place. Please contribute more... your age, height,
gender, etc. If you are looking for inspiration, this is the shop for it.
