question about flying
This has nothing to do with WW, although I am a life time member who had
slipped but just recently lost 10 pounds and have 5 more to go to be back at goal. I am supposed to fly out this next Saturday and am very nervous. I have some sinus issues and headaches and just finished a round on antibiotics and doc says it looks good but I still have the pressure and neck aches, I suffer from bad allergies, anyway does anyone have any tips for flying with bad allergies and sinus stuff? I don't want to cancel I am going for 2 weeks in Palm Springs and don't want to miss it. Thanks Becky |

Some of the suggestions are to prepare mentally, hydrate your body inside and out, skip drugs and alcohol, eat as little as possible, and just try to sleep. Hopefully within the next week you will feel better. |

good flights int eh last couple years with sinus stuff, I was told to take a decongestant before flying so I am not sure if I will try that or not. question about flying
If your issues are with pressure especially in your ears,...pick up a pair
of Earplanes...They regulate the air pressure...Good for one round trip flight...Very inexpensive and they work great...GG "Becky" wrote in message ... question about flying
Gary,
Thanks, my husband friend who is a steward told him the same thing he said today at work. I will try them. My family doctor said not worry, big help! "Gary G" wrote in message ...
