Default Great!! Another Obstacle!!!

Just when I get it on track here is goes again.

During the first game of Softball for the fall season, I re-injured the knee
I had surgery on back in March. I will be at the doc's office on Monday. I
was doing fantastic with hits both times at bat and some clean plays. Then
it all fell apart while chasing a pop fly my knee buckled and POP it goes.

Now I have a big balloon for a knee.

Can I not get a break? No pun intended... LOL

All I saw was my activity go to almost nothing until I heal again.

Sorry to hear about your knee. What about swimming or at least weight
lifting for upper body exercise?

The problem with this world is stupidity, now I'm not saying there should
be capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the
safety labels off everything and let the problem solve itself?

I can do the upper body stuff.
However I cannot move my knee/leg very much. I am calling my surgeon/knee
pro tomorrow to get this taken care of.

Thanks for the ideas.

I am sorry for the knee. In my belief system, you are not bothered by
anything bad if they already have you, you are doing good so you must be
bothered again. There are several sites on the net about chair exercising,
maybe you could use this time to work on upper body strength, weights while
sitting down, best of luck, Lee
