Default Question on Atkins vs. Sugarbusters

Can things like Honeydew Melon, small quantities of Orange Juice, or
banannas/clemintine oranges be worked into low carb dieting. I say "I dont
think so", then she points out that Sugarbusters allows for these sorts of
things.

I guess I'm a bit confused if Atkins allows such items on the plate, in
moderation.....

yes, they can be. you couldn't have them on the induction phase of
atkins, but they can be worked into your diet, in moderation, during the
ongoing weightloss phase and certainly in maintenance.

also, there are many ways to low carb. atkins is only one plan.

After the induction phase. Just count your carbs. The purpose of
induction is to 'jump start" your metabolism and to get the "sugar
monkey" off your back.
