Why aren't I hungry on my diet?
I started a diet about 1 or 2 months ago. It was a low calorie diet
of very approx 1200 calories a day. (I am male, 200 lbs, 5feet10). I usually eat a lot of carbs and I really like them. On this diet I cut down on most things. And the weird thing is that I lost my hunger. On some days I have to make sure I remember to eat enough. Nornmally, I have a good appetite. Rather too good. And I can eat a lot at each sitting. Now it's just the opposite. Does anyone know why this happens? Can't tell you why, but I can tell you that the exact same has happened to me. I am also male, and was over 200lbs, 5' 9". So I don't think it's anything to worry about. I've eaten only 1000 calories today so far, and I'll have to stuff another few hundred into me (won't be THAT hard ) MadJock 204/190/165 |

same here. I really reduced my calorie intake and i really dont feel hungry.
I dont crave sweets at all. but i could really go for a nice juicy cheeseburger. Vance Roos wrote: I started a diet about 1 or 2 months ago.
