Default Tequila Lime Chicken

Tequila Lime Chicken

Serves 6
1 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup tequila
4 packets Splenda
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsps. minced, seeded jalapenos
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2-3 lbs chicken

Mix first 8 ingredients in a bowl; add chicken and turn to coat. Cover
and marinate for about 8 hours. Prepare grill for medium heat. Brush
grill rack with oil and grill chicken pieces until cooked through,
turning occasionally, about 50-60 minutes.
