Default GUILT: I brunched.

Major "All-They-Allowed-Me-To-Eat" buffet brunch this a.m..

Got to get...

to the...

gym.

.... tomorrow ...

Hand truck service to my car: no charge.

Did I add a million calories of fat and cholesterol?
YEPPER!

Did it taste great?
YEPPER!!!!!

Do I feel guilty?
YEPPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can I make it to the gym?
NOPE!!!

That's why I'm here.

I won't poison your minds with the brunch intake!

Got a pair of Everlast gloves but nobody to hit me with 'em.

Maybe I should sit in the snow for a few hours?

It wasn't my fault! My favorite waitress called and was worried after I
didn't show up at 10 a.m.

122? I think you need some more "all-you-can-eat."

Just get yourself to the gym or do some other form of exercise. Make it a
priority.

Sometimes life gets in the way, it happens and you just work around it.

Next time do the workout *before* brunch.

Sounds great...

We've been frozen in. I feel like I'm under house arrest without an
ankle bracelet. Yesterday I hauled out my 1981 two ounce AIWA am/fm
radio and a good pair of Sony speakers. then I started to Google some
iPod reviews and am becoming obsessed.

In order to qualify for an iPod mini, I need to spend $180 (Cdn) to
upgrade the Mac OSX and another $249 for the iPod. i keep turning on
the little radio and trying to squelch the craving for another new Tech
Toy.

The rationale is there is a radio transmitter tower in the park where I
walk that interferes with radio reception. Almost $500 worth? We'll
see.
