Food & Exercise -- 7/6/2007
Usual gym stuff this morning, grocery store visit, then home. In the
afternoon I hung out at the pool for a while. Food: * 6:45 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 10:45 (gym, between lifting & yoga): energy bar * 1:30 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup; 1 peach * 4:15 (pool cafe): 1 pack Sun Chips * 8:00 (home): large salad w/ greens, veggies, ~5 oz. shrimp, a little goat cheese & dried cranberries; f/f sesame soy vinaigrette; 1 glass wine * as I type (home): another glass wine Exercise: * 10:00: lifting: walking lunges w/ bar; 1-legged machine squats; good mornings; leg extensions; leg curls; calf extensions; hip adductor; hip abductor * 11:00: 75-minute yoga class * 3:45 -- 6:00: swimming: 3 x 12 lengths Chris 262/130s/130s |
