That's a two year study. Excellent. No surprise that it shows that low
carbing results in no hunger for more people than low fatting.

Of course if the French troll were here he would say that effect
is a bad thing and people just need to be strong enough to battle
feelings of hunger and cravings on their own, regardless of what they
eat.....
