Default Day 39 -- still 20 pounds gone

2-8-07
Day 39 and still 20 pounds gone.
265/245/200

Got on my scale just now and saw that I was at 245 pounds, and so
still 20 pounds gone. A long slog until 100 Days are gong, but they
will be gone and I will be substantially lighter and substantially
more healthy than I am now.

I went walking last night but it was too late to do my other exercises
- doing them that late would have kept me up, I think. (Push-ups,
etc.)

I'm off to a morning meeting now, Toastmasters. It's now 5:55 AM and
the world is still dark outside. (I've very impressed with people who
regularly get up early.)

I hope everyone has a great day and great rest of the week!

Yours truly,

Caleb

Well, it was going well with me until a few minutes ago... I was
starving, so I ate some semi-sweet chocolate for a total of 450
calories! I could not help. Tomorrow, I visit a fast-food restaurant.
It's a beautiful girl who invited me, so I had no choice. It's a
total of 2100 of calories today. Oh well.

Mike -- A beautiful girl, and slightly over your allotment -- GREAT!!
My far better half changed my life 32 years ago...

If you don't change your behavior as conditions demand, you have
little insight. Sometimes rules are meant to be (temporarily) broken.

Good for you!

2100 calories is very much within the ballpark!!!

Yours truly,

Caleb
