I am now at 216!! 68 lbs gone! 108 lbs gone since my all time high of 324
five years ago! I am going to be 35 next month and I want to get to my minigoal of 199 w/ in the next 5 weeks. I told myself that I would hit under 200 by the time I turned 35. I hope I do it!! My goal is to get more sleep and see if that makes a difference. I am the habitual insomiac.
