Well.. I guess maintaining is better than gaining
Like I said, I seem to be maintaining.
I have been having some problems the last couple of weeks. I lost my job, and got fairly down about that - so I ate.. I also bought peanut butter the other day, bad move. I'm a compulsive overeater, and trying to deal with that and adjust my life, is tough. But today, I am right on target! No binging, and it's already 4:48 pm. I know I'll be fine!!! I'm doing a combination of Weight watchers and Nutrisystem. And I have had alot of success with the combination. Just need to keep going on both, and not give up. I also just tried Pilates last night for the first time. What a great little workout. My abs are definitely feeling it today. Ah, what a feeling. I'm also going swimming tonight, as long as I can find my nose-plug, and will do about 45 minutes. I can feel it.. I just know I'm going to succeed. Mari 254/234.5 (last official weigh)/150 |

It's great to hear that you're OP & going strong, Mari. I know only too well,
what stress can do. It's not peanut butter with me, but cookies ;-D I agree with you that exercise is one of the main things in helping to handle the stress and it sounds like you're really working hard on that ;-D Hope your muscles aren't too sore tomorrow ;-D Elaine K 331.4/202.8/179 Marijke wrote: Like I said, I seem to be maintaining. I think that you will notice a difference using the pilates. I have been doing it 4 days a week for about six weeks now. I have only lost 14 pounds in that 6 weeks, but I have already dropped a clothing size. I just seems to have tightened everything right up. I'm sure you will hurdle this plateau, just tighten up your program a little. Best of luck. Michele |

Trying my best.. ended up with a binge last night.. sigh, but seeing as I
hadn't eaten enough, and had the shakes, it's understandable.. must learn to eat more often.. geesh.. And, yup, a little sore yesterday and again today. Went swimming last night.. yeehaw.
