Default New program

The new program is great. I lost 1.4 last week which brings my total
loss
to 9.4. I am happy with the new program so far.

Hi. *I hope there are readers still following this group. *I have

I took a break from WW last summer and am considering re joining.

I haven't posted to the group for several years and stumbled onto this
thread while checking in on another group.

By now you probably know quite a bit about the new WW PointsPlus plan
and I hope you like it. *I've been a part-time WW receptionist for a
few years and a WW lifetime member since the mid 80's. I've been
hovering about 10 pounds above my goal weight since January 2010.

*WW staff was introduced to the new program in October and it was just
the motivation I needed to get back on the plan and lose those 10
pounds. *I went from 18 daily points under the old plan to 29 on the
new plan with 49 additional weekly points. *I thought there was no way
I could lose weight with those numbers.....but I've lost 5 pounds and
look forward to reaching my goal weight in early 2011 :-) *I usually
use all my 29 daily points and about 10-20 of the weekly. *I've found
the new plan nudges me toward fresh fruit and away from those original
1-2 point carby snacks. *I feel better, eat better and I'm losing
weight.

I hope you give it another try.

Default New program

I like the new program too. First week I lost 1.8. Second week I
didn't, but I had 2 days previous to weigh where I had too many high
sodium foods. Not worried. I followed the program and expect results
next week. I just need to lay off the salty foods for a few days.
