Blood pressure DOWN!
Cholesterol DOWN!
Blood sugar DOWN!

Thank you Atkins -- though I adapt it a bit, so I call it Patkins.

We are becoming a country that believes the rich have earned their money but the well educated have not
earned their intellectual superiority. This leads to a nation that idolizes Kardashians.

I'm went to normal as soon as I started and has stayed there ever since.

The process says to tune it to your own body's reactions to the foods
you eat. Don't eat the ones that cause problems or that make you more
hungry not less hungry. Eat the ones that make you feel better and less
hungry. I suggest you're on Pat's complete Atkins process including all
of the directions and all of the phases.

I think you should change your life style. Is never to late.
