Ohio University: bacon breakfast
I've been eating bacon in the morning for breakfast at Ohio University. I read
that there is a chance it's cured with sugar / nitrites - what is the probability this is so here? Jen |

But it's not enough to throw you out of lipolysis-ketosis unless you're radically overdosing on the bacon. There's probably 1 gram of carbs per 2 bacon strips. Don't worry about nitrates. -Chad |
