Food & Exercise, 22 August 2004
Food:
07.30 1 banana 13.00 Helping of poached chicken, 3 tiny new potatoes, Green beans, carrot & courgette rosti, a little chicken stock, 1 glass red wine, fruit salad 20.30 Quiche Lorraine, "Sweet & crispy" salad with low-fat dressing, 2 wholemeal rolls with cheese (I really only needed one; felt afterwards that I had eaten more than was comfortable, which is good, as it shows my appetite is beginning to decrease) Exercise: 1.5 hours skating Pedometer: 5,734 steps (not counting on ice) -- Annabel - "Mrs Redboots" 90/88/80kg |
