Wishing you all a very happy holiday season--I'll be off for the
next two weeks, and checking in on-line from home is a slooowww
business.

Keep up the good habits, keep exercising, and "see" ya' next year!

Have a great time Amy! I can still walk out on the road but I'm praying
for snow.

Happy Holidays to you, Amy.

It's tough to find the time to exercise this time of year. I've been busy
getting everything ready for the family gathering on Christmas day. I hope
to get back to Curves after the holidays.

Enjoy your time off.

Hopefully we'll get a little snow for Christmas. It's raining now but it's
supposed to turn to snow later this evening with an accumulation of around 1
inch. That's plenty for me - it can quit after Christmasg I start
getting antsy for warmer weather right after the holidays. I usually take
the bikes to the shop around mid February in hopes of some warm biking
weather in March. My newest biking partner (17 mo old granddaughter) keeps
going to the garage to check on her bike trailer and helmet each time she
visits. I think she enjoys biking as much as I do.
