Default Nice Way to Start the Morning

After a really ****ty start to the work week (sent the wrong graphics to a
trade show -- total nono for a trade show manager), this morning had a nice
little surprise for me. I got my WOOSH. After almost three weeks hovering
213/214, this morning I weighed in at 209.5! First time under 210 in almost
9 years!!

My brother's wedding is the end of October and already my dress is too big.
Problems like this I can handle. Now just to find a date.......

Congrats !!!
I bet that whoosh has you feeling sooooo good .. and it should!!
Getting past a mark on the scale we haven't seen in a long time can be
hugely motivating.

I'm aiming my sights on 176.. it's the weight I was when I got married
I still have a ways to go... but I'll get there soon .

As for your brother's wedding. and your dress being too big...
That's a wonderful little 'problem' .
Enjoy your time at the wedding.. Dance lots ..it's great exercise. and
smile knowing how far you've come * in such a short time.

Keep us posted along the way
