Default WI March 9 + 2.6 lb :-(

Hi all,

I gained almost all loss of last week this week :-(
I know I shouldn't have eaten that bag of Cheetos yesterday, but I was dying
for a fat snack ;-) Well, back to the program again this coming week. I
took a point tracking list at tonight's WI so I can write all my points
down to keep me on track.

Sorry to hear about the gain. I doubt that all of it was the Cheetos from
yesterday. If you have not been tracking then that may be more of the
problem. Time to get back to tracking. Good luck this week.

Sorry about that blib, Ekko, but you might find that a lot of the gain
is water related. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you'll lose that
plus some more this week.

Yoour crossed fingers helped ! I lost 3.7 lb this week, so I made up
for the gain and lost another 1.1 lb on top of that.
