WI March 9 + 2.6 lb :-(
Hi all,
I gained almost all loss of last week this week :-( I know I shouldn't have eaten that bag of Cheetos yesterday, but I was dying for a fat snack ;-) Well, back to the program again this coming week. I took a point tracking list at tonight's WI so I can write all my points down to keep me on track. Ekko 247/211/198 |

Sorry to hear about the gain. I doubt that all of it was the Cheetos from

Sorry about that blib, Ekko, but you might find that a lot of the gain
is water related. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you'll lose that plus some more this week. Elaine Yoour crossed fingers helped ! I lost 3.7 lb this week, so I made up for the gain and lost another 1.1 lb on top of that.
