Is that what they call it? I'm stuck at 175 myself. How do we break through
this barrier???

I hear ya on that. It's my mini-goal too. I'm having a horrible week -
totally out of control and i know it's party due to the fact that i'm
getting close to 200 again. It's a psychological block for me -
hopefully i can get myself sane today.

I got stuck at 200 for it seemed like forever, but looking back at my graphs
it was about 4 weeks, then again at 180 more or less for FIVE weeks, almost
stopped there, but then the last of it came off over the next two months or
so, just boom.

I hit 179 just before thanksgiving. I'm now at 175-176. I've been
losing/gaining the same pound since New Years. Not much progress on the
scale since then. I do know that I was at this weight for years after my
daughter was born and before I started putting on the weight. Maybe my body
is just comfortable at this weight.

I was around 200 for 6 months
But it comes off eventually.

It seems to take forever for every pound to come off. Every time I
look at the graphs I think - oh no I've been here for ages - I must be
on a plateau again. But when I look back the weightloss was almost
linear for the first 18 months. It's been all over the place since
then of course, but when I get my ass in gear it goes linear again for
a few weeks, till the next obstacle. I can't seem to lose continually
for more than about 4 weeks, then I have a couple of weeks at
maintenance or gain a bit, then it goes down again.

I think alot of us here have the same goal. My mini-goal is 199.9, I don't
care if it's only o.1lb under 200, I just want to get there! lol
I've got more to go than you do, but we'll make it! ...We made it this
far, right?
Good luck!

Nikki

01/29/05 = 235.0lbs
03/12/05 = 217.8lbs
Total loss = 17.2lbs
Mini Goal = 199.9lbs (17.9lbs to go!)
GOAL WIEGHT= 135.0lbs (82.8lbs to go!)
