I just came from the Chiropractor and I was feeling like crap so I got my husband to stop at Wendy's. Yes I could have had a side sald and baked potato or a jr burger.... but I opted for the Double Cheese Burger with Bacon the Fry and the Root Beer.... oh and yes I did "BIGGIE SIZE" the whole freakin thing. I'm feeling pretty crappy about it now. I just calculated my points and I went over my daily points by 17 and not only did I use all my Extra points but I went over that by 12. I haven't had any water all week or very little.... enough to take meds.... I really need to lose this weight and I can't belive that I did this on only my third week in. Sorry for venting.... I'm still going to get weighed on either Friday or Saturday and see how I did. I hope with the lack of movement and the extra eating that I didn't gain too much. Theresa |
