Default Gravy Recipe Help

The konjac glucomanan is the most viscosity food gum in nature. It has
about ten times the viscosity than the cornstarch. Unlike the
cornstarch, the konjac flour is the soluble fiber, which does not
contain starch and sugar, it does not have calories.

Hi Gang,

Can anyone share with me a gravy recipe (or website) that doesn't include
Flour? or Soy Flour? or Almond Flour? or Gluten? .. I can't seem to locate any
flour alternatives in my area...so I'm wondering if there are any gravy recipes
that don't contain flour or a flour substitute.....any recipe for sauces too,
would be much appreciated...perhaps something thickened with sour cream or
similiar??

Thanks ever so!
