341 pounds ... thats a 9 pound loss in 8 days.

I know its the initial water loss along with all the crap out of my
system but i feel great that im not having to carry those 9 pound
around anymore. Yay!

So, as I feel perfectly fine and fed properly on my 2500 calorie per
day im going to stick with it for the meantime. The next few weeks
will show me the real weight loss on this as I know first week is
just the adjustment to eating less/better and losing water, getting
the crap out of system, etc ... but still ... 9 pound ooo!

350/341/210 - End Week1.

Congratulations Jas! I loved that first week whoosh. It really gave me the
motivatio to keep going.

Excellent, jas! I started out near your starting weight, so I know
difficult it can be just to get started. Keep up the good work.

As always, YMMV.

Ok, note to self ... when you lose weight, do not celebrate by having a
blow out on food!. Thats like giving up smoking and letting yourself
have a cigar to celebrate you made it a whole week off the things!

I had a blow out on friday after my weigh in and ive eaten a little less
well on saturday and sunday too althugh have been trying to get back to
doing things properly.

Well, now its the end of the weekend and I know I do find it much easier
to be controlled during the work week so will do that for sure. Then for
next weekend I'll properly plan and pre-prepare my meals or plan to go
over to friends or family's for visits where I know I cant have a blow
out.

Thing is it was definately a lesson learnt, I felt like crap after my
blow out on friday afternoon / night. I think I experienced what ive
heard some call a sugar crash. I had eaten a lot of rubbish including
some very sweet stuff and I felt sooooo bad along with being so tired I
could hardly function.

I will try and remember that feeling before I go overboard on anything
again, it was not pleasant.

Oh well, we live n learn ...! Its fun all this learning,eh

It's something most of us have done at one time or another. It takes time
to work through all the bad habits we learned. Just jump back on track and
continue!

Learning is an important part of this process, so hopefully you can
now put it behind you and move on
