Well, I lost .8 but that allowed me to make 2 mini goals - made my 10% &
got over 30 off :-D
New mini goal (1) to lose 1.9 & make it into a new decade - might take
me a couple of weeks - but I'll will succeed ;-D
Elaine K
292/261.8/200? (total lost 30.2)

Thanks, Fred. No, it's all snow & ice here ;-( But I am starting to
work in my kitchen as I'm having it renovated & will do as much of the
demoliation as I'm able to do. Then of course, I'll have to do the
cleaning up, patching & painting afterwards - and that will really start
my exercise off to a grand start ;-D

Thanks, Nathalie. Yup it works, but it's much slower this time due to
the beta blocker ;-( But I will get there just the same ;-)

Thanks, Lynne. I do love those decades as it you get a real sense of
accomplishment and I really do notice the difference in moving about
without those 30 :-D

Good for you! Breaking through those decade markers is always tough
for me, and it really doesn't matter how long it takes. You're down 30
pounds - that's HUGE and you must feel so much better. Good luck with
your new goals - I have no doubt that you'll succeed.
