Lost 3.3 and feeling good. I think I *may* be back on track. Life has not
been very nice to me recently and I found comfort in chocolate. I did not
gain, but didn't lose either. I was actually quite happy with the not
gaining through difficult times. But starting to lose again is giving me
back some control over life and that feels good.

congradulations on your loss.
Difficult times in life can be a challenge, especially if you have always
reverted to food. Good for you that you were able to gain control
Keep up the great work.

Great work Nathalie. I know what you mean by comfort food. Glad you
feel like you are back in control now. I have days where I'm totally out
of control, then days where I am very in control. We need to find a way
to stay "in control" all the time. If you find out how to do it, let me
know.

Congrats on the loss this week!
