Help
I don't know what to do. I threw my back out last Thursday... I figured I
would be up and mobile by now... so I'm not getting any exercise unless its to get something to eat or drink and then i'm back down again. I haven't gone over all my points, but let me tell you I'm not having any problems getting all my points this week. I have 5 bonus points left and 2 more days before weigh in. I'm crossing my fingers that I didn't gain this week!!!! I am in very bad shape. Any suggestions? Theresa |

I would just try and stay on the low side of your points (eat your minium)
until you can resume your normal level of exercise. I would also not do anything that is going to further damage your back. Many of us did not do any formal exercise program and lost weight. Theresa Rest, heal, grow strong and be careful about calorie intake whilst you are less mobile - that's pretty much itm - no magic solution I'm afraid. Get well soon, helen s |

Put a block on the sender you you don't get any more and don't read any of its posts in the newsgroup.
