Default Wow...it's going slow this time!

I just feel like getting this off my chest...damn my stupid metabolism!

Ah, much better. I became lifetime when I lost 40 lbs when I was about
23. Back then, WW was pretty easy and I'm sure it's cause I had the
metabolism of the 20 year old. This was back on the Fat & Fibre program
and it seemed to be so easy. Now I'm 33 and it's going much more
slowly. I'm sticking to points and working out 4 times a week - so I'm
blaming this on my metabolism now that I'm a little older. I know I
only want to lose another 7-10 pounds and the last ones are always the
hardest. But I'm working really hard at this and the weight loss seems
to be going so S L O W L Y. Argh.

I know I'll stick with it cause I'm losing and that's what matters...I
just want some more gratification at the scales!

Phew, done now. Feel better already. Sorry for the whining.

Hi, Melanie, Congratulations for sticking with it, even if it is not fast.
Take Care
