Default Worst Points Foods

We are always emphasizing about what's good on points around here. So for
fun the other day when we were shopping, we decided to look at labels and
see if we could find the worst food possible. Well, we found a surprising
number of things. Some more common items than people might realize.
Particularly for kids, which kind of helped me understand why so many kids
are overweight today.

So in the interest of better understanding what is really bad for us, I want
people to share the worst point foods they find. Here's mine:

The Swanson "All Day Breakfast". Contains eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and
homefries. No wonder they call it "all day". I wouldn't feel like eating
anything else. It has a big banner on it that says "contains over 1lb of
food!"

1030 calories
64g of fat (really)
690mg cholesterol
78g carbs

I can feel my arteries hardening just writing this. I would tell you how
many points, but my point counter doesn't actually go high enough. Probably
a sign that you shouldn't even consider eating it. Actually, I kind of
pictured the point counter running and cowering away from the box.

Incidentally, while I was writing this, I found a somewhat humorous although
crude review of it he

I saw a Swanson ad on TV the other day for a frozen dinner that they
emphasize it contains "A pound and a half of food". Could it be any worse?

So, next time you are at the grocery store, have a look around and see if
you can find anything worse than the All Day Breakfast and post about it.

Brian
