Default Online folks - looking for "pick-me-up-guide" or

The electronic (i.e. online) version of meal plans is more
customizable than a PDF document or a print brochure. First, through
the setting of preferences, I'll get a "regular" or "Balanced" meal
plan or a higher protein meal plan or a higher carbohydrate meal plan
or a vegetarian meal plan. Second, the meal plans are programmed to my
daily points target, not a pre-set 20 points. Third, I can swap any of
the meals of a particular time of day with a meal from that same time
period on another day. For example, I can swap Thursday's breakfast
with Friday's, or repeat the same breakfast every day. Finally, I can
have the meal plan added to my journal, create a grocery list, and
print a copy of my week's personalized meal plan. Personally, I like
this much better than having a static document.

Yes, it is that Guide. It has 20 points menus and variations for a
week.

From the description, the Pick Me Up Guide sounds like a print version
of the online meal plans. A suggestion to use the assistance of the
meal plans comes up when you first subscribe to WW Online to help you
get through the first week or two while you're still learning points,
and then every once in a while in the WI day message if you're showing
a gain.

I've search the Canadian Online site, but could find nothing. DH is very
good at searching things out, but he was unable to find anything either. I
think if there was something like this in the form of a pdf or other
electronic version, he would have found it.

I did a google search and found the references to the Pick Me Up Guide on
the following pages:

It sounds like it's something rather new, so perhaps they will introduce it
at your meetings soon.
