Default Fighting depression.

If you get depressed, a lot, which I used to, it is hard to focus on losing
weight.

I fought depression by starting a business. It's a shoe string deal,
invested less than $10k, but between that and my day job, I'm toooo busy to
get depressed. I took my hobby, photography, and started doing weddings.

And, I'm making more money, and that, for me, helps, since much of my
intitial worries were financial.

Now to lose weight, yeah!

Patrick

PS, thanks to all who responded to my previous posts, very informative.
