I agree and the only way I can handle the stress seems to be by eating. As long
as I can recover and get it back off, I don't really mind. I am just thankful that he is alive & almost back to normal. I'm sure you will now that you are back on program. I just wish I had found
ww when all of our medical troubles were going on. It might have kept me going. The past still haunts me and puts me into a depressed state at times. I fight this everyday and food has always been my crutch. I try and not let that happen these days when the demons come out to play. Journaling helps keep me on track. My tracking spreadsheet is on my desktop. I check it every time I want something to eat at night to fight my snacking tendencies. "Elaine Kirkham" wrote in message ... Hug caught ;-) Now that Bill's home, I can do my walks again and that is so calming to my spirit. Thanks goodness that my hubby only had a slight stroke but that was bad enough - only his speech & swallowing were affected, but It was still a great worry to me as I wasn't sure at first whether his speech would come back. Thank goodness it has & looks like he will make a full recovery ;-D Elaine K 331.4/194.2/179 Nathalie W wrote: Ooohhh Elaine here 's a hug {{{{{Elaine}}}} I 'm sending plenty of good thoughts over the ocean to you and your hubby. Oh Elaine, I'm so sorry to hear about your husband. I'm glad to hear he is back
and home and recuperating well. I wish him a speedy and full recovery. I hope you are able to relax more now that he is home and you know he will be alright. I don't have any doubts that you will get that stress weight right back off. I'm pulling for ya!
