Food & Exercise -- 10/5/2003
Food (all at home):
8:30: 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 11:45: 3/4 cup Hi-Lo cereal, 16g whey protein, 3/4 cup skim milk 2:15: 5 oz. red grapes 3:15: 1 oz. mixed nuts 5:00: 10 mini carrots 7:30: 160g pork loin, mesquite barbecue flavored; 160g sauteed green beans; 3 mini chocolate meringue cookies 11:00: 1 cup f/f cottage cheese Totals: 1299 calories, 36g fat (25%), 122g carbs (38%), 132g protein (41%) {Kept it low today, since I've eaten a lot the past week and haven't been very active for a few days. Back to the routine tomorrow :-).} Exercise: Just some light housework. Chris 262/177/??? |
